Shipping & Delivery

All the orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placing. (Monday – Saturday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 3-5 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All sales are final from our end. We do not accept returns. Your order can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery date only if you have received wrong size, wrong product or damaged product. Please provide us with a proper unboxing video of the product, properly showing the issue and email us at flipster.in@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

We do not provide returns/exchanges on items sold on flash sales. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. In case of an exchange, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer’s location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges. DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please provide us with a proper unboxing video of the product, properly showing the issue and email us at flipster.in@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
