Return Policy:

At Flipster, we prioritize the highest product quality and maintain strict quality checks. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any items. Instead, we offer an exchange policy outlined below:

Exchange Policy:

We extend to you a period of 2 days from the day of delivery by our trusted delivery partners for initiating an exchange.

Exchange Conditions:
  • We reserve the right to decline the exchange of products if they have been used, washed, or have undergone any form of alteration.
  • Damaged items may not be accepted for exchange unless the damage occurred during the delivery process.
Exchange Process:
  • Reverse pickup of products will only be arranged after confirmation by our Customer Experience Team.
  • To facilitate the exchange process, please note that there is a minimum charge of ₹100 for returning products. Since it’s a two-way process, customers are responsible for the one-way cost.
  • Ensure that the product’s packaging remains intact during the exchange process.
  • Please note that we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc., for exchange shipments.
Exchange Charges:

In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for a one-way charge of ₹100 for reverse pickup, which will be refunded to your store wallet after the product quality check.

Sale Orders:

If an order was placed during a sale and is exchanged, only the amount paid by you will be eligible for exchange, not the current product price.
